Child & Adolescent Skill Builder

Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC is a collaborative integrative healing agency. We are certified with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment to children and families. Our staff is comprised of Therapists, Skill Builders, Behavior Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Specialists. We pride ourselves in truly meeting families where they are at, finding highly individualized approaches, working with families across multiple systems, and specializing in working with families with multiple cultural identities. Our team also has particular focus and experience in working with relation to attachment and trauma issues.

  • Experience working with children’s mental health
  • Experience in community and home-based services
  • Experience in working with cultures outside of your own
  • Willing to travel to locations in Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties
  • Flexibility in schedule (available and willing to work some evenings and weekends)
  • Bilingual

Job description

  • Manage caseload and schedule your own clients to provide in home and community-based services
  • Work with children on the practical application of therapeutic goals
  • Work with children’s caregivers and families in relation children’s mental health goals
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary treatment team to address mental health or substance abuse treatment goals as relevant
  • Provide case management and attend wraparound meetings as needed
  • Maintain progress notes for all contacts
  • Maintain regular communication with clinical team as well as system collaborators

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation with verifiable vehicle insurance
  • Basic personal computer or regular computer to access electronic system, email, etc.
  • QMHA (Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field; or a combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, training or experience; or be a qualified Mental Health Intern)
  • Must be able to pass background check to meet OHA requirements to work with vulnerable populations
