Meet the Pack

Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC was founded as a small, intimate agency put together by a multi-disciplinary team to fill gaps in services and meet specific needs of our clients and our community. Our team of mental health and social service professionals have had years experiences working with one another and ultimately decided it was time to create a new and dynamic agency to address the systemic issues which typically occur in mental health systems of care. It was decided that keeping our agency small would allow the possibility of doing work that is more creative, more innovative, and custom tailored for the children and families we serve.

Projects and services are supervised by Ms. Terry Ellis, a Licensed Clinical Social worker with thirty years of experience. Ms. Ellis has a background in biopsychosocial treatment as well as expertise related to cultural trauma informed care and treatment. She is nationally and internationally recognized for her expertise related to multigenerational and historical trauma. Ms. Ellis specializes in neuropsychosocial practice and has worked extensively in attachment treatment. Throughout her career, she has worked collaboratively with the Department of Human Services, schools, criminal justice, behavioral health, and as a behavior analyst. Ms. Ellis has over fifteen years of administrative experience and a reputation for providing creative and innovative treatments inside and outside of established mental and behavioral health systems of care. Ms. Ellis is the creator of the California statewide service known as Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and has a history of sustained therapeutic wraparound expertise. Her academic credentials include teaching at nine universities and has provided consulting services for over fifteen years. Ms. Ellis is able to provide training services and has an inventory of over 150 clinical and therapeutic workshops.

The multicultural treatment and support team is comprised of licensed therapists, Skill builders, peers, behavior coaches, and experienced wraparound care coordinators. They have expertise and experience in the following: individual, couples, family and various group therapies, youth addiction treatment, domestic violence, parent and relative support, hands on parent training, in home safety and reunification services, and social marketing (finalist in National ECCO awards for social marketing, SAMHSA). Our team expertise is made up of over fifty-five years of professional experience. Our approach is guided by a strong peer element and the lived experiences among our team members.
