Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC is a collaborative integrative healing agency. We are certified with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment to children and families. Our staff is comprised of Therapists, Skill Builders, Behavior Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, Naturopathic Doctors, and Substance Abuse Specialists. Job description
A coordinator that will help manage a highly specialized intervention program for children ages 3 to 5 with exceptional behavioral health needs. The program is moving from a pilot to the next stage of development and expansion. The program is run out of our office in Beaverton and will involve occasional travel in the tri county area.
- Hours have flexibility though position is full time equivalent
- Provide case management with community partners, Wolf Pack providers, and client families
- Coordinate and work closely with schools and day cares to assist clients in transitioning successfully into more mainstream programming
- Provide back up coverage or support on site for program as needed
- Coordinate between administrative staff and staff members providing direct services
- Review documentation and provide follow up as needed
- Ensure documentation compliance with statutes, funding sources, and best practices
- Manage and maintain program schedules
- Create, manage, and maintain program curriculum
- Monitor program supplies and work closely with administration to ensure supplies are ordered or purchased as needed
Requirements
- Experience working with children aged 3 to 5 and their families
- Reliable secure internet access
- Basic personal computer or regular secure computer to access electronic system, email, etc.
- Must be able to pass background check to meet OHA requirements to work with vulnerable populations
