Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC is a collaborative integrative healing agency. We are certified with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment to children and families. Our staff is comprised of Therapists, Skill Builders, Behavior Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, Naturopathic Doctors, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Acupuncturists and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Specialists. We pride ourselves in truly meeting families where they are at, finding highly individualized approaches, working with families across multiple systems, and specializing in working with families with multiple cultural identities. Our team also has particular focus and experience in working with relation to attachment and trauma issues.

Job description
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and medication management as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team to address mental health treatment goals
- Work collaboratively with client’s families
- Provide some case management as needed
- Maintain documentation for all contacts
- Maintain regular communication with clinical team as well as system collaborators as relevant to individual cases and attend meetings with them as needed
Requirements
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, or Naturopathic Doctor with experience in psychiatric mediations in the State of Oregon.
- Must have DEA License and Malpractice Insurance
- Experience and understanding in cultures outside of your own
- Basic personal computer or regular computer to access electronic system, email, etc.
- Must be able to pass background check to meet OHA requirements to work with vulnerable populations
- Must have experience in Trauma Informed Care
