Meet the Pack

Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC was founded as a small, intimate agency put together by a multi-disciplinary team to fill gaps in services and meet specific needs of our clients and our community. Our team of mental health and social service professionals have had years experiences working with one another and ultimately decided it was time to create a new and dynamic agency to address the systemic issues which typically occur in mental health systems of care. It was decided that keeping our agency small would allow the possibility of doing work that is more creative, more innovative, and custom tailored for the children and families we serve.

Projects and services are supervised by a dynamic, diverse, multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in biopsychosocial treatment as well as expertise related to cultural trauma informed care and treatment.  The collective team comes from various systems such as the Department of Human Services, schools, criminal justice, and behavioral health. With a proven track record of program development, Pack members have worked to establish mental and behavioral health systems of care. Influenced heavily and founded by Terry Ellis who was the creator of the California statewide service known as Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and had a history of sustained therapeutic wraparound expertise. Her academic credentials include having taught at nine universities as well as provided consulting services for over fifteen years. Ms. Ellis built the core team at Wolf Pack and provided training services from her inventory of over 150 clinical and therapeutic workshops.

The multicultural treatment and support team is comprised of licensed therapists, skill builders, peers, behavior coaches, experienced wraparound care coordinators, certified alcohol and drug counselors, certified recovery mentors, and naturopathic doctors. They have expertise and experience in the following: individual, couples, family and various group therapies, youth addiction treatment, domestic violence, parent and relative support, hands on parent training, in home safety and reunification services, and social marketing. Our approach is guided by a strong peer element and the lived experiences among our team members.
