Wolf Pack is now located at 16365 NW Twin Oaks Dr Beaverton, Oregon 97006
The building is located on the corner of NW Cornell and NW Twin Oaks Drive. We are in a large white, blue and yellow building.
There are two entrances into the building.
For Child & Family Mental Health Services, use the entrance with a red awning. If the door is locked, please text or call your pack member to let them know you are here. If the door is unlocked, please open the right hand door, take a left into the elevator, press the MZ button and head up to the second floor. You can grab a mask to your left. If you take a right you will walk past bathrooms and a water fountain. You will come to a set of black couches. Please have a seat there and your pack member will come find you.
For Walking With Wolves (Substance Use Disorder Services) use the entrance without an awning. If the door is locked, please text your pack member to let them know you are here. If the door is unlocked, open the door and head to the left. You will find couches and chairs to sit in. Please have a seat there and your pack members will come find you.
